Refund policy

Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess each case on its own merits.

RETURN POLICY:

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, unused and unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is proven to be defective.

To initiate a return, please email us at info@blinkologylashes.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If the return is approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items, or on any training courses or classes. All sales on these items are final.
